Ahead of the grade one friendly match between Nigeria and Argentina, Premier League side, Arsenal, have sent wishes to their Nigerian forward, Alex Iwobi.

Arsenal wrote on the official twitter handle, “Good luck against Argentina later, Alex Iwobi.”

Iwobi has been included in the lineup that will file out against Argentina on Tuesday.

Gernot Rohr’s men will lock horns with Argentina in Krasnodar, Russia, after both teams booked their places for next year’s World Cup.

Arsenal forward Iwobi was instrumental to Super Eagles’s successful campaign for the sole 2018 World Cup ticket in the African qualifying Group B.

He scored the all important goal against Zambia in a 1-0 win in Uyo in their fifth group game last month.

The 21-year-old was on target on matchday one in Ndola which the Eagles won 2-1.

He was also on the pitch against Algeria last week Friday in their final Group B qualifying match which ended 1-1 in Constantine.
